1. EDesign Tips & Tricks
2. Work on EDesign pages - ensure to check with the any staff member you are sharing pages with to decide on design, layout, dominant photo, etc.
3. New procedures for salespeople:
#1 Obtain money and raffle box from me (Abby will take Thumbprint Tree and paint) before lunch.
#2 In the pit - make sales, collect money and record sales of that day on this daily sales sheet
#3 At 12:15, return the money, raffle box, your sales ($) and your daily sales sheet to me in Room 206.
**I will cross check sales with names and put your brown $ envelope in the safe until the end of the week
**Please return to Ms. Hunter in the main office if I am away.
#5 The following day, please transfer names to the Excel spreadsheet
#6 At the end of the week, electronically submit your Excel spreadsheet, cross check names with sale $ by way of deposit slip

**CONSISTENCY TALK - Page borders, heading colour, section colour, colour opacity, body copy columns, one photo crossing eyeline by 8-10 picas/or one column (pgs. 48-49), pica spacing, photo resizing and rules of thirds placement (pgs. 42-43), dominant photos, new templates and use of existing templates (treat a double page spread as a single unit - bleeding a photo across the gutter (by 8-10 picas or one column) creates spread linkage and bridges the gap) and message board talk

Stepanek, please use quote font for quotes, make sure all copy and captions are left aligned, make sure your headline and subheadline are left-aligned (if on the right-hand side of the page) and right-aligned (if on the left), please keep yearbook member photo inclusions to a minimum. Don't default to photos of yearbook members, we are in it enough (and was your biggest complaint about last year's yearbook), change Divider page set up - collage of students in the section should be the focal point.
